Securely collecting, saving and sharing Files Without Separate Software

With Edicto CS, you can collect confidential material from different donors by the deadline set in the C file folder. Donors see their own files only. You can open selected files and share your files individually only for each donor. You can also hold presentation sessions to anyone after the deadline from the S-folder, wherein the material has been copied from the C-folder.

SignHero is a fast and free eSigning for lazy users. On the Edico folder managing page, you can create a SignHero account. Then, whenever necessary, you send & sign a PDF document from the session folder, track the progress of the process, check the eSigning chain, send reminders, and conveniently archive the signed document.

What Can I Use Edico CS for?

The ease and reliability of collecting files confidentially make Edico an excellent option for professionals in several different fields. Edico CS can be applied in, for example:

  • To guide studies and collect theses individually protected in a group-specific C-folder
  • For the collection of confidential tenders and their subsequent submission to decision-makers remotely from the copied S-folder with new credentials
  • Sharing the documents and presenting web pages and other material 
  • For electronic signature of PDF documents from the S-folder

Edico gives its users keys to a "filing cabinet" on a cloud service on the Internet through their accounts and passwords. The cabinet has space for session folders. User can save documents, images and videos in them for a desired length of time. Others do not have access to the cabinet without keys. Only those who have received the e-mail and personal security token you sent and uploaded their files to it through a personal address link can access each C folder. These will not see each other's uploaded files.
